ISO 100 is a great protein powder and it has a lot of beneficial ingredients that aren’t technically necessary but they’re good for recovery and muscle growth. Plus, it’s third party tested which means they can’t shovel out bs in their product and claim it’s all good for you. Only downside is the price but if you can afford it go for it.
